HPC Experience
Using an HPC system, I've analyzed the following data types: microbial community data (16S rRNA sequencing; Mother and QIIME2), endosymbiont community structure (ITS2 sequencing; SymPortal), and DNA methylation patterns (WGBS and MBD-BS; methylseq and NF-core). My next dataset to analyze gene expression patterns from RNASeq data.
